I have obtained my PhD in psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2007 and a degree in Existential-Analytic Counselling from GLE-International in 2010. I held a teaching and a research position at the HSE University (2009-2020) and am currently teaching at the University of Paris Nanterre (France).

My research focuses on positive psychology (meaning, personality resources, positive time use, sociocultural influences on well-being), as well as psychological test development and validation. I give courses and workshops on quantitative research methods, psychometrics, positive psychology, and supervise PhD students. As a consultant, I conduct large-scale well-being surveys for organizations and governments aiming to identify ways towards improving the human life.
